I have tried to create a schedule of at least one activity in the morning and one in the afternoon. This was after she expressed frustration of doing too much. Now she is saying this is too much. What are some schedules others have used?

I can only speak from my experience with major depression but hopefully you will find it relevant. It isn't really the amount of activities that are the problem so much as the knowledge that that amount is set in stone that is scary and overwhelming. Everyday is different, or even every hour and where I might have felt good and had hope one minute all of that comes crashing down the next and the thought of even getting out of bed feels like too much let alone forcing myself to do something fun.

“Tell me one last thing,” said Harry. “Is this real? Or has this been happening inside my head?”
“Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?”
