How do you convince someone you will not leave them? I have repeatedly told my wife that I will be with her to the very end, but she still is afraid I am going to leave her.

I don't think you can with words. Not really. It's more to do with actions. Everyday by her side you are proving your words and every time you are patient and kind you are reassuring her. I imagine that this is very stressful and frustrating for you to have to do but it is the best way I know to convince someone of something. Wishing you the best.
